Justin Rubin was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned his BS in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from University, Justin moved to Miami, FL to begin his professional career. Upon moving to Miami, Justin Rubin founded Myami Concierge, a personal concierge company that catered to high net-worth individuals. Justin's client list ranged from executives of the prominent development firm, The Related Group, to world-renowned interior designers, Yabu – Pushelberg. It was through such relationships that Justin and his associates conceived and founded Tui Lifestyle, an innovative interior design concept that specializes in turnkey furniture packages.

Within 4 years, Tui Lifestyle grew from a 2-man operation into a multi-national corporation with over 65 employees and showrooms in 7 States. When building Tui Lifestyle, Justin formed and solidified relationships with a multitude of Realtors, Developers, Bankers, and other professionals involved in the real estate market.

It was while helping developers, bankers, and brokers market and sell new construction projects that Justin realized his passion was in real estate and decided to transition into the real estate market. Justin has a remarkably impressive network in all facets of the Miami, New York, and Toronto Real Estate industry, making his service as a Realtor unique and highly effective.

Justin worked directly with developers in sales and marketing and has been instrumental in selling over $1 Billion in new construction inventory in Brickell and Downtown Miami. Justin has also assisted in repositioning and liquidating several refurbished condominium projects by utilizing strategic renovation, marketing, and design tactics.
